Cycle Coaching
All coaching levels below are heart rate and power based (wattage) training programs. At the moment, you will need to provide your own equipment. However, we do provide suggestions and places to purchase what you need. Some packages are static training blocks while others can be adjusted around specific target/race dates. Individual sessions are available upon request and if applicable to your goal. It’s not uncommon to go out for a short ride and perform minimal evaluations. Coach: Jon Malone

Level 1
•Initial coaching consultation and review of your previous training and power data
•Group field test to evaluate current wattage and heart rate zones
•Data review 3 times month via email
•Basic goal setting
•Daily cycle workouts in a monthly format
•Available by email and phone for questions and plan assessment once a week

Cost 4 week Training Block $180
Level 3
Level 1-2 coaching plus:
•Individual field test to evaluate current wattage and heart rate zones
•Weekly data review via email, phone, and in person
•Communication is more frequent than level 2
•Available for plan adjustments as initial “start up fee” includes a longer conversation about goals, minimal life coaching to achieve balance with athletic goals, and tailored training plan

Cost 4 Week Training Block $300
Field Test is a one-to-one session.
Daily data review
Level 2
Level 1 coaching plus:
•Group (possibly individual) field test to evaluate current wattage and heart rate zones
•Data review weekly, via email and in person
•Goal setting is more specific and tailored around your events
•Pre-race strategies are discussed with post race reviews

Cost 4 Week Training Block $240
Level 1 Coaching - is great if you’re on a budget, need a basic training system put in place, and looking to get the “wheels” moving.
Level 2 Coaching - adds more accountability and fitness tracking to the level 1 coaching base.
Level 3 Coaching - elevates the program with more communication, daily data review you upload online, and pre/post training block ride evaluations.
Personal Coaching/Training
Personal and small group training is provided in home and outside. We make it a point to provide quality not quantity which will limit our client roster. We can make plans to help you achieve simple health and fitness goals or create more customized goals that incorporate alternative sports. How can you train better to catch that wave, ski that slope, and climb that rock face?

Training Block (multiple sessions)
Single session plus:
•Weekly review via email
•Communication is more frequent than single session(s)
•Online data review if applicable to clients compatible gear (Garmin/Polar)
•Available for plan adjustments as initial “start up fee” includes a longer conversation about goals, minimal life coaching to achieve balance with athletic goals, and tailored training plan
Total block is 8 weeks once a week. Plans tailored if you need to meet more than once a week.

Small Group & Couple Training
Cross Training meets customization with this program. If you have a friend or small group that wants to train together, that’s great! Accountability with other people means goals are more likely to be met. We quickly analyze what mutual goals are present and create a cross training program to meet the those needs.
4 week block training once or twice a week.
